RESOLUTION NO. 62-18~ DECLARING THAT A MAJORITY <br />PROTEST HAS NOT BEEN MADE AGAINST THE ANNEXATION <br />OF TERRITORY UNDER THE NAME OF "FAIRHAVEN AND <br />GRAND S. E.
