said indebtedness is to be incurred and bonds issued there- <br />for is as follows: <br /> <br /> The acquisition and constructiou by the City <br />of Santa Aha of a certain municipal improvement, <br />to wit: additions to and improvements of the fire- <br />fighting facilities of the Cit~ of Santa Aha, said <br />additions and improvements to consist of two fire <br />stations, a training station, fire apparatus, and <br />additions to the fire alarm system and the recon- <br />struction of parts of such system, including the <br />acquisition of all land, property, equipment~ and <br />furnishings necessary for said improvement. <br /> <br /> Section 3- That the estimated coat of the municipal <br />improvement described in Section 2 hereof is the sum of <br />$475,000°00, and that the amount of the principal of the in- <br />debtedness to be incurred therefor is the sum of $~?~,000.00. <br /> <br /> That the maximum rate of interest to be paid on <br />said indebtedness shall not exceed four per cent (4%) per <br />aun~m, payable semiannually. <br /> <br /> That if the proposition for the incurring of bonded <br />indebtedness so submitted receives the requisite number of <br />votes, to wit, two-thirds of the votes of the qualified elec- <br />tors voting at said election, bonds of said City, in not ex- <br />ceeding the principal amount stated in such proposition, shall <br />be issued and sold for the object and purpose set forth in <br />said proposition. <br /> <br /> Section 4. That the polls for said election shall <br />be opened at seven o'clock, A.M., of the day of said election <br />and shall remain open continuously from said time until seven <br /> <br /> <br />
