ORDINANCE NO. 1292 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE A~_~kU~ING ZONING 0RDI~&&~CE No. 107~ <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Santa Aha <br />has given notice of public hearings as required by law in connec- <br />tion with an application to amend the Zoning Ordinance to cover the <br />properties herein described, and has duly held two public hearings <br />upon the question of such amendment, and thereafter by Resolution <br />Number 306 recommended such amendment to the City Council for <br />adoption; and <br /> <br /> ~rHEREAS, the City 0ouncil gave due and regular notice of a <br />public hearing before said body and such public hearing has been <br />duly and regularly held, and the City Council does now find that <br />public necessity and convenience and general welfare require the <br />following amendment and change in the present classification of <br />certain property hereinafter described and that the proposed uses <br />under the proposed new classification will not be detrimental to <br />the surrounding property. <br /> <br /> NO$~, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SA~NTA AMA DOES <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLO~VS: <br /> <br /> Section l: That Sheet No. 13 of the Districting Nap of the <br />City of Santa Ann of Ordinance No. 1074 be amended to re-classify <br />the easterly 100 feet of the property herein~elow described as C-2 <br />commercial District and to re-classify the remainder of said parcel <br />as R-3, Residence District (for convenience called multiple family), <br />all of which property is now classified as R-l, Residence District <br />and which said property is described as follows: <br /> <br /> A portion of Lots i and 2 of Ports, Oordsn and ~idwell <br /> Tract, bounded on the east by a line parallel to North <br /> Main Street and distant, at right angles, 150 feet <br /> westerly therefrom~ on the southwest by Santa Ana <br /> Boulevard, and on the north by the surveyed center line <br /> of the proposed road marked "Access Road" extending <br /> from North Wain Street to Santa Ann Boulevard as shown <br /> on a map thereof entitled "Nap of P~operty (Portion <br /> Lots 1 & 2 Ports, ~orden & Sidwell Tr.} adjoining Pro- <br /> posed Freeway & Main St. in City of Santa A~a, H.M. <br /> Neighbour, City Engineer, 1959." <br /> <br /> That said Districting Map so amended be attached hereto and <br /> <br /> <br />
