ORDINANCE ~J¥iFZ~DIi~ ZONIN{~ 0RDI!~A~CE NO. 1074 ~YhrEREAS, the Planning 0ommission of the City of Santa ~na has given notice of public hearings as rea~ired by law in connec- tion with an application to amend the Zoning Ordinance to cover the properties herein described, and has duly held two public hearings upon the question of such amendment, and thereafter by Resolution C ~Umber 305 recom~ended such amendment to the City ounc~l for adoption; and V~qEREAS, the City Council gave due and regular notice of a public hearing before said body snd such public hearing nas been duly and regularly held, and the City Council does now find that public necessity and convenience and general welfare require the following amendment and change in the present classification of certain property hereinafter described and that the proposed uses under the proposed new classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding property. NOW, ~HEREFORE, Th~ COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SA2~A AI~ DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLO~S: Seation 1: That Sheet No. City of oanta Ann of Ordinance No. 30 of the Districting ~Zap of the 1074 be amended to reclassify as R-3 Residence District all that property now classified as R-2 Residence District which said property is described as follows: Lots 2, 4 and the North 1/2 of Lot 6, all in Block D of Heninger's Additign, being a parcel 142' x 125' at the Southwest Corner of ~ichland otreet and Broadway.
