ORDINANCE NO. 128~ ORDINANCE A~ENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 107& NO. and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Santa Aha has given notice of public hearings as required by law in connec- tion with an application to amend the Zoning Ordinance to cover the properties herein described, and has duly held two public hearings upon the question of such amendment, and thereafter by Resolution 298 recommended such amendment to the City Council for adoption; tl~t~RE~S, the City Council gave due and regular notice of a public hearing before said body and such public hearing has been duly and regularly held, and the City Council does now find that public nec~essity and convenience and general welfare require the following amendment and change in the present classification of certain property hereinafter described and that the proposed uses under the proposed new classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding property. NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES OR- DAIN AS FOLL01~S: Section l: That Sheets No. 36 and 39 of the Distric~ting Map of the City of Santa ~na of Ordinance No. 107~ be amended to reclas- sify as R-1 Residence District all that property now classified as C 0~m~ercialDistrict which said property is described as follows: That portion of Lots 9 and l0 of Tract No. ll91 that has been re-subdivided into Tract No. 1339 as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book ~l, Page 13, of Miscel- laneous ~aps, Records, of Orange County, California. That said Districting Map so amended be attached hereto and is hereby adopted and made a part hereof. Section 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published in three consecutive issues of the Santa Aha Independent, a newspaper printed, published, and circulated in the City of Santa Aha, and
