RESOLUTION NO. 62-185 ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE THE <br />CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, VAN DIEN-YOUNG COMPANY, A Corporation, has presented <br />to the City a deed dated September 20, 1962, granting to the City an// <br />easement for street purposes on the East side of King Street, North <br />of Fifth Street~ and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, EMMET C. ROGERS and JUNA ROGERS have presented to the <br />City a deed dated September 6, 1962, granting an easement ~or road <br />and public utility purposes on North Lowell Lane, South of Riviera <br />Driver and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, GARDEN GROVE. C ~ T O O N 0 has <br /> <br />presented to the City two quitclaim aeeds dated September 13, 1962, <br />quitclaiming two triangular shaped parcels of land South of the Santa <br />Ana Flood Control Channel at Camile and Posey streets~ and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration <br />being paid to said grantors by the City. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED= That the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent, <br />is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br /> <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 1st day of October, 1962. <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br />I, DORIS M.
