RESOLUTION NO. 62-187 FIXING THE SALARY OF THE <br />CITY MANAGER OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, salaries Of the city management field have continued <br />to increase throughout California so that now Santa Aha is paying <br />its City Manager at a level below other cities with approximately <br />the same population. The City Council has determined that the City <br />Manager's salary should be increased to bring it nearer to the norm <br />for cities of similar size. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the salary for the <br />position of City Manager of Santa Aha, California, is hereby fixed <br />and established at $1,900.00 per month. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That said salary shall be paid in the <br />same manner and at the same time as other monthly salaries in the <br />City are paid, and that said new salary rate shall take effect and <br />be paid from the 1st day of October, 1962. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Aha at its regular meeting held on the 1st day of October, 1962. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
