RESOLUTION NO. 6~-188 OVERRULING THE PLANNING <br />co ssxoN AND Sm ZNS <br />ON CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT APPLICATION NO. 114 <br />SUBJECT TO ONE CONDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after hearing on notice, the Planning Commission <br />denied a Conditional Use Permit on Conditional Use Permit Appli- <br />cation No. 114, filed by BEATRICE HAMM and JAMES D. VANDERFORD to <br />expand their existing six-guest rest hc~e to a fifteen-guest rest <br />ho~e in an R-2 District and located at 2032 South Cypress Street, <br />Santa Aha, California; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Appeal Application No. 69 was duly filed by BEATRICE <br />HAMM and JAMES D. VANDERFORD requesting a hearing on said Conditional <br />Use Permit Application No. 114 before the City Council and appealing <br />the denial of said Conditional Use Permit by the Planning Commission; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council after public hearing on notice, <br />after careful consideration of the statements contained in and the <br />materials accompanying the Application, the testimony offered at <br />the hearing, the examination of all the facts established and after <br />determining that said Conditional Use Permit Application meets the <br />requirements of Section 9250.8 of the Santa Ana Municipal code, it <br />has been determined that the Planning COnUnission's decision should <br />be overruled and that said Conditional Use Permit should be granted <br />to permit the appellants to expand the existing six-guest rest home <br />to a maximum of a twelve-guest rest home. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the <br />City of Santa Aha hereby grants a conditional Use Permit on Conditional <br />Use Application No. 114 to permit the expansion of a six-guest rest <br />home to a twelve-guest rest home in an R-2 District on certain land <br />situated in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of <br />california, and described as: <br /> <br /> Lot 21 in Block B of Tract 284, as per Map recorded in <br /> Book 14, Pages 1 and 2 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the <br /> office of the County Recorder of said County. <br /> <br />subject to one condition: <br /> <br />-t- <br /> <br /> <br />
