RESOLUTION NO. 62-189 ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE <br />THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br />Deceased, has presented to the City a deed dated October 8, 1962, /~ ~ <br /> <br />conveying portions of real property for street purposes on the North <br /> <br />and South sides of Fourth Street and the East side of Tustin Avenue; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, LOCK G. DING and RUTH DING have presented to the City <br /> <br />a deed dated September 28, 1962, conveying easements for street /~ <br />purposes at the Northwest corner of Pomona Street and Broadway; and <br /> <br />presented to the City a deed dated October 8, 1962, conveying a /~/~ <br />parcel of real property on Fairview Street (King Street), North of <br />the Pacific Electric Railroad; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration <br />being paid to said grantors by the City. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts said deeds and Carl J.
