RESOLUTION NO. 62-1~0 ACCEPTING DEED WHERE THE <br />CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, HENRY C~5%RLE~ FQSTE~ and T~R~R~A....M.~ FOSTER have <br />presented to the City a deed dated September 26, 1962, conveying <br />an easement for street purposes on the North side of Edinger <br />Avenue, West of Magnolia, in consideration of the payment of <br />$9,000.00. Said transaction is to be handled through Escrow <br />Number 48369-C with Security Title Insurance Company, Santa Aha, <br />California. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha <br />accepts said deed and Carl J.
