RESOLUTION NO. 62-193 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF A QUITCLAIM DEED <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, STYLE CHAMPION HOMES, a partnership, and ALISO HOMES, <br />a general partner, have made a deposit of $3,500.00 with the Finance <br />Department of the City of Santa Ana for the purchase of an easement <br />for a storm drain along the Westerly 20 feet of property proposed to <br />be subdivided by said partnership, which subdivision work will make <br />said storm drain unnecessary so that said partnership may use the area <br />now covered by said easement. Said deposit is conditioned upon the <br />city quitclaiming its easement and all interest in said area to said <br />partnership. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the M~yor and the Clerk <br />of the Council are hereby directed to execute a quitclaim deed for <br />and on behalf of the City of Santa Ana quitclaiming to STYLE CHAMPION <br />HOMES, a partnership, ALISO HOMES, INCORPORATED, a general partner, <br />the interest of the City in that certain property in the County of <br />Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> The Westerly 20.00 feet of the Southerly 860.00 feet of <br /> the Northerly 990.00 feet of the Northeast one-quarter <br /> (N.E. %) of the Southeast one-quarter (S.E.%) of Section <br /> 16, Township 5 South, Range 10 West, San Bernardino Base <br /> and Meridian. <br /> <br />The Clerk of the Council is directed to deliver said deed, together <br />with a certified copy of this Resolution to the grantees. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 15th day of October, 1962. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CL~RK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
