ORDINANCE NO. 1317 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE COMPENSATION OF CERTAIN <br />ELECTIVE OFFICERS OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AND <br />REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 1195 <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANADOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section !: That City Ordinance Numbered 1195 is hereby <br />expressly repealed. <br /> <br /> ~eetion 2: That on and after April 17, 1951, the salaries of <br />certain elective 0ffioers of the City of Santa Ann shall be those <br />hereinbelow designated. <br /> <br /> The City Clerk shall receive a salary of $400.00 per month; <br /> The City MarshalI shall receive a salary of $500.00 per month; <br /> The City Treasurer shall receive a salary of $250.00 per month; <br /> The City Attorney shall receive a salary of $400.00 per month; <br /> The City Recorder shall receive a salary of $300.00 per month; <br /> <br /> The salaries next hereinabove fixed and established shall be <br />payable monthly. <br /> <br /> Seetion.~: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of <br />this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published in three <br />consecutive issues of the Santa Ann Independent, a newspaper printed, <br />published and circulated in the City of Santa Ann, and hereby desig- <br />nated for that purpose.
