ORDINANCE NO. 1~1~ <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE A~TION OF THAT CERTAIN <br /> TERRITORY DESIGNATED "NORTHWEST CORNER OF BRISTOL AND <br /> ED INGER ST~E~.TS" <br /> <br /> WherEAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Aaa did here- <br />tofore on the 1st day of March, 1951 by Resolution No. $058, de- <br />clare its intention to annex certain uninhabited territory contig- <br />uous to said City, which said Resolution was regularly published <br />in the Santa Ann Independent, a newspaper of general circulation <br />printed and published in said City, said publication being made once <br />a week for two successive weeks prior to the public hearing on said <br />proposed annexation, which said public hearing was set by said Res- <br />olution for the 5th day of April, 1951; and <br /> <br /> W~EAS, at said hearing there were no objections to said pro- <br />posed annexation and no written protest was filed by any person <br />against the same; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE C~TY OF SANTA ANA DOES <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section !: That after due hearing regularly held upon due no- <br />tice as hereinabove set forth and as in the files of this proceeding <br />more particularly shown, we do find, declareand ordain that there is <br />and was no protest nor objection, either written or oral, to the an- <br />nexation of the territory herein described to the City of Santa Ann, <br />and we do further find and declare that said territory is wholly un- <br />inhabited and that no person lives thereon. <br /> <br />Section 2: That all of the uninhabited territory situated in <br />the County of Orange, State o£ California and described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot Five (5) of the <br /> Subdivision of part of the Ascension Sepulveda de Mort <br /> Tract as surveyed by E. R. Nichols on February 10th, 1874, <br /> and shown on a Map recorded in Book 31, page 197 of deeds, <br /> Records of Los Angeles County, California, said Southeast <br /> corner being the intersection of the center line of Bristol <br /> Street with the center line of Edinger Street; thenae North <br /> Along the center line of Bristol Street 332.50 feet to a point <br /> in the Easterly extension of the ~ortherly line of ~ot Four ($) <br /> of "The West Tract", as shown on a Map recorded in Book 31, <br /> page 21 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, Califor- <br /> nia; thence Westerly along said extended line and the Northerly <br /> line of Lots Four ($) and Five (5) of said Tract, 262.01 feet; <br /> thence South 332.50 feet to the center line of Edinger Street and <br /> thence East 262.01 feet to the point of beginning, <br /> <br /> <br />
