RESOLUTION NO. 62-196 ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE THE <br />CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ROBERT K. WONG and MAY L. WONG have presented to the <br /> <br />City a deed dated October 15, 1962, conveying an easement for public /~ ~ <br />utility purposes South of Sugar (now McFadden) Avenue, West of Harbor <br /> <br />Boulevard; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ROY L. PINA and BETTY PINA have presented to the City ~ <br />a deed dated October 3, 1962, conveying an easement for street purposes <br />on the North side of Eighth Street, West of Broadway; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, BANK OF AMERICA NATIONAL TRUST AND SAVINGS ASSOCIATION, <br />a national banking association, Has presented to the City a deed dated/~ <br />October 18, 1962, conveying an easement for street purposes on the <br />West side of Bristol Street, South of McFadden Avenue; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br /> <br />dated September 26, 1962, conveying an easement for street purposes <br />on the South side of Eigh~th Street, between Ross Street and Broadway; <br />and <br /> <br />the COUNTY OF ORANGE has presented to the City a deed <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the COUNTY OF ORANGE has presented to the City a deed <br />dated September 26, 1962, conveying an easement for street purposes i~ <br />at the Northwest corner of Eight~ Street and Riverine Avenue; and <br /> <br /> COUNTY OF ORANGE has presented to the city a deed <br /> WHEREAS, <br /> <br />dated August 21, 1962, conveying an easement for sewer~ purposes North <br /> <br />of Eighth Street on the center 'line of Riverine Avenue; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, EGON A. GARDNER and HELEN A. GARDNER have presented <br /> <br />to the City , deed dated October 25, 1962, conveying an easement for <br />street purposes on the Nort~ side of Seventeenth Street, East of <br /> <br />Wright Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration <br />being paid to said grantors by the City. <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
