RESOLUTION NO. 62-197 ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE THE <br />CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br />presented to the City a deed dated October 30, 1962, conveying a <br />parcel of real property at the Northwest corner of Edinger Avenue <br />and Lowell Street in consideration of the payment of $15,000.00. <br />Said transaction is to be handled through Escrow No. 48461-C with <br />Security Title Insurance Company, Santa Ana, California; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, CHARLES W. BISHOP and EVELYN M. BISHOP have pre- <br />sented to the City a deed dated October 29, 1962, conveying an <br />easement for street purposes on the West side of Orange A~nue, <br />North of Edinger Avenue, in consideration of the payment of $173.00. <br />said transaction is to be handled through Escrow No. 48526-C with <br />Security Title Insurance Company, Santa Ana, California; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, LINNIE S. JENSEN has presented to the City a deed/~ ~ <br />dated October 29, 1962, conveying an easement for street purposes <br />at the Southwest corner of Edinger and Orange Avenues~ in considera- <br />tion of the payment of $143.00. Said transaction is to be handled <br />through Escrow No. 48531-C with Security Title Insurance Company, <br />Santa Ana, California; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, WILLIAM C. JEWELL has presented to the City a deed <br />dated October 23, 1962, conveying a parcel of real property on the <br />North side of Edinger Avenue and the West side of Baker Street, in <br />consideration of the payment of $14,500.00. Said Transaction is to <br />be handled through Escrow No. 3357-MKwith United Title Guaranty <br />Company, Santa Ana, California; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, CF~RLES A. MacCRONE and MILD~n C. MacCRONE have <br /> <br />presented to the City a deed dated October 18,1962, conveying a parcel <br />of real property on the North side of Edinger Avenue, West of Rosewood <br />Avenue, in consideration of the payment of $13,750.00. Said trans- <br />action is to be handled through Escrow No. 3346-MKwith United Title <br />Guaranty COmpany, Santa Ana, California; and <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
