RESOLUTION NO. 62-198 ACCEPTING A DEED FROM <br />ROBERT A. BANYARD, ET AL., WHERE THE CITY IS <br />PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br />.and T.OT~ A_ WAYp~ have presented to the City a deed dated October 9, <br /> <br /> ease~aent for street purposes at the Northeast /l~/ <br /> 1962, <br /> conveying <br /> an <br /> <br /> corner of Eighth and Ross Streets; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said deed is without cash consideration being paid to <br />said grantors by the City. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts said deed and Carl J.
