RESOLUTION NO. 62-~0~ . AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />FREEWAY AGREEMENT FOR AREA BETWEEN TALBERT AVENUE <br />NEAR CITY LIMIT AND A POINT ON PROPOSED MacARTHUR <br />BOULEVARD <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the State Department of Public Works has proposed to <br />the City an agreement covering a portion of the Newport Freeway <br />which meets the City's approval. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk <br />of the Council are hereby authorized to execute for and on behalf of <br />the City that certain Freeway Agreement identified on its first page <br />as "VII-Ora-43-SA Between 0.25 Mi. S of proposed relocated MacArthur <br />Blvd and the Santa Ana City Limit near Talbert Ave." and to provide <br />for completion of execution by the State of California. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana <br />at its regular meeting held on the 5th day of November, 1962. <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
