RESOLUTION NO. 62-~0~ ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE THE <br />CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, DONALD C. OLSON and RAE E. OLSON have presented to <br /> <br />the City a deed dated November 9, 1962, conveying an easement for /~ <br />street purposes at the Southwest corner of Edinger Avenue and Sycamore <br />Street in consideration of the payment of $1,349.00. Said transaction <br />is to be handled through Escrow No. 48559-C with Security Title <br />Insurance Company, Santa Ana, California; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ~UCY E. EFFEL has presented to the City a deed dated <br />November 9, 1962, conveying an easement for street purposes on the <br />South side of Edinger Avenue, between Broadway and Sycamore Street, <br />in consideration of the payment of $552.00. Said transaction is to <br />be handled through Escrow No. 48573-C with Security Title Insurance <br />Company, Santa Ana, California; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, V~OT.ET B_ ~nMD~RT.T~ has presented to the City a deed <br />dated November 1, 1962, conveying an easement for street purposes on <br />the Southeast corner of Edinger and Orange Avenues in consideration <br />of the payment of $244.00. Said transaction is to be handled through <br />Escrow No. 48532-C with Security Title Insurance Company, Santa Aha, <br />California. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts said deeds and Carl J.
