RESOLUTION NO. 62-206 ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE THE <br />CITY IS PAYING No CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, JAM~S H. <br /> <br />to the City a deed dated November 12, 1962, <br />street and alley purposes West of Broadway, <br />and <br /> <br />KINDEL. J~. a~d JO,,~N E, ,A,,NDERSON have presented <br /> conveying an easement for <br /> South of Halesworth Street; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, E. A. REUTER and PAULINE_REUTE~have presented to the <br /> <br />City a deed dated November 1, ~962, conveying real property at the <br />Northeast corner of Fruit Street and Grand Avenue; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, BANK OF SANTA A~ has presented to the City a deed <br />dated November 12, 1962, conveying an easement for street purposes at /]/~ <br />the Southeast corner of Seventeenth and Louise Streets in consideration <br />of the City's reimbursing grantor for improvement of this property for <br />street purposes, not including the sidewalk paralleling Seventeenth <br />Street on the North side of the bank building; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration being <br />paid to said grantors. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts said deeds and Carl J.
