RESOLUTION NO. 62-207 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A <br />QUITCLAIM DEED BY THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, heretofore, the owners of certain property located <br />on the East side of Bristol Street, South of Hemlock Way, dedicated <br />to the City of Santa Ana vehicular access rights to Bristol Street; <br />and the present owners, EUGENE B. SIVE, LOUIS J. CELLA and MARIAN <br />CELLA, have now requested driveway locations across said area, and <br />the City has determined to grant the same. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk <br />of the Council are hereby directed to execute a quitclaim deed quit- <br />claiming to EUGENE B. SIVE, LOUIS J.
