RESOLUTION NO. OVERRULING THE PLANNING <br />COMMISSION AND GRANTING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />NO. 126, SUBJECT ?0 CONDITIONS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after hearing on notice, the Planning Commission denied <br />Conditional Use Permit No. 126 filed by CARL P. STEVENS and J. H. <br />RICHARDS to establish retail sales and storage of new and used auto <br />parts on M-2 property; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Appeal Application No. 72 was duly filed by CARL STEVENS <br />and HAROLD RICHARDS requesting a hearing on said Conditional Use Permit <br />NO. 126 before the City Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council, after public hearing on notice, has <br />determined that the Planning Commission should be overruled and that <br />said Conditional Use Permit should be granted sub3ect to conditions. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council hereby <br />grants Conditional Use Permit No. 126 for that property known and <br />numbered as 915 East First Street, in the City of Santa Aha, County of <br />Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> W. Z. Cook's Addition, Block 113, Lots 4 and 5, <br /> Assessor's Map Book 9, Page 11, County of Orange, <br /> <br />in an M-2 District, to allow the establishment of retail sales and <br />storage of new and used auto parts. Said Conditional Use Permit is <br />granted subject to conditions as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. That the Westerly driveway (not in use) be closed to <br /> <br /> city standards. <br /> <br /> 2. That off-street parking area be designed to eliminate <br /> backing into First Street. <br /> <br /> 3. That there be five (5) marked (9' x 20') off-street <br /> parking spaces aligned in accessible and usable fashion <br /> off the main entrance on First Street. Said spaces to <br /> be so designed to allow required maneuvering on the <br /> applicant's property. <br /> <br /> 4. That not less than an 8-foot wood fence be erected along <br /> <br />the East and West property lines. <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
