RESOLUTION NO. 62-215 ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION WHEREAS, ALLAN FAINBARG, SARA FAINBARG, SAM GELERMAN, CLARA ~OSAMOND J. MARKIN have presented to the City a deed dated November 6, 1962, conveying an easement for street purposes on the West side of Bristol Street, South of Russell Avenue; and WHEREAS, MABEL M. BARGE has presented to the City a deed dated October 26, 1962, conveying an easement for street purposes at the Southwest corner of Cypress Avenue and Myrtle Street; and WHEREAS, ~ICHARD .G.. B9At.mw and WAT.KER SMITH ...~]]~. have pre- / ~/~ sented to the City a deed dated November 19, 1962, dedicating vehicle access rights to Seventeenth Street, East of Wright Street; and WHEREAS, RONALD A, ~AROS ~ BURDETTE M. KAROS. HAN~ RC~U%MBACH _ have presented to the City a deed dated /~ November 21, 1962, conveying an easement for street purposes on the North side of Seventeenth Street, East of Wright Street; and WHEREAS, SANTA ANA CONG~E~TION OF JEHOVA~'S WITNESSES. S~UT~ UNIT,.. has presented to the City a deed dated November 28, 1962, /7~/ granting vehicular access rights to Fairview Street, North of Harvard Street; and WHEREAS, FRED A. MANGOLD and EDITH MANGOLDhave presented to the City a deed dated November 16, 1962, conveying easements for street purposes at the Northeast corner of Seventeenth and Wright Streets; and WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration being paid to said grantors by the City. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts said deeds and carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent, -1-
