RESOLUTION NO. 62-220 ACCEPTING A DEED FROM <br />LOUIS M. RUBIN IN CONSIDERATION OF A QUITCLAIM <br />DEED FROM THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AND AUTHORIZING <br />EXECUTION OF SAID QUITCLAIM DEED <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, LOUIS M. RUBIN has presented to the City a deed dated <br />November 29, 1962, conveying an easement for street purposes on / <br />Bishop and Camile Streets, East of Standard Avenue, and has agreed to <br />do certain improvement work at said location, in consideration of the <br />City quitclaiming to said LOUIS M. RUBIN the City's interest in <br />certain real property located East of Standard Avenue; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City has determined to accept said deed and to <br />execute a quitclaim deed to said person in consideration for said deed. <br />Said transaction is to be handled through Escrow No. 866364-JEMwlth <br />Orange County Title Company, Santa Aha, California. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts s~id deed from Louis M. Rubin, and Carl J. Thornton, the City's <br />designated agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance <br />on said deed. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk of the <br />Council are hereby directed to execute a quitclaim deed quitclaiming <br />the City's interest in certain real property East of Standard Avenue <br />to LOUIS M.
