RESOLUTION NO. 62-224 GRANTING A 13-DAY EXTENSION <br />TO COMPLETION DATE FOR ADDITIONS TO BRISTOL STREET <br />BOOSTER PU~ING STATION, DECLARING SAID WORK <br />COMPLETED AND ACCEPTING THE SA~ <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, due to circumstances not considered the fault of the Contractor, the completion of the Bristol Street <br /> Booster Pumping Station additions was not met by 13 days, and, after study, the City has determined to waive said <br /> <br />3 time. <br /> NOW, TH~EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council hereby extends the completion date under contract for <br /> "ADDITIONS TO BRISTOL STR~i~'I' BOOST~ PUMPING STATION," Specifications 62-1, for a period of 13 days, or to November <br /> <br /> 13, 196e. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Council hereby finds and declares that the work for "ADDITIONS TO BRISTOL <br /> STBW~m ESTER PUMPING STATION," Specifications 62-1, has been completed -~ hereby accepts said work. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aaa at its regular meeting held on the 3rd day of <br /> <br />December, 1962. <br /> <br />ATTEST: A.A.
