ADMINIST TOR THE PUnNiNG CO SS ON AND <br />GRANTING VARIANCE APPLICATION NO. 1679 FILED <br />BY WILLIAM ACKER <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after public hearing on notice, the Zoning Administrator <br />denied Variance Application No. 1679 filed by WILLIAM ACKER to continue <br />an ambulance service with less than the required off-street parking in <br />a C-5 District; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has affirmed the decision of <br />the Zoning Administrator; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Appeal Application No. 70 was duly filed by the appli- <br />cant requesting a hearing on said Variance Application NO. 1679 before <br />the City Council and appealing the denial of said variance by the <br />Zoning Administrator and the Planning Co~nission; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council, after public hearing on notice, has <br />determined that the Planning Commission and the Zoning Administrator <br />should be overruled and that said variance should be granted. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council hereby <br />grants a variance on Variance Application No. 1679 for that property <br />known and numbered as 2227 South Bristol Street in the City of Santa <br />Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> Lot 188, Tract 1192, recorded in Book 39, Pages 16 <br /> and 17, Miscellaneous Maps, Orange County, California, <br /> <br />in a C-5 District, to continue an ambulance service with less than <br />the required off-street parking for a period of one year. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha <br />at its regular meeting held on the 5th day of November, 1962. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
