RESOLUTION NO. 62-233 ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE THE <br /> CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, THE AMERICAN LUTHERAN CHURCH, a corporation, has <br /> <br /> presented to the City a deed dated November 7, 1962, conveying an <br /> <br />easement for street purposes and an easement for alley purposes <br />North of McFadden (Sugar) Avenue and West of Euclid (Verano) Street; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, FAITH EVANGELICAL UNITED BRETHEREN CHURCH, a <br /> <br /> corporation, has presented to the City a deed dated December 3, 1962, <br />conveying easements for street purposes at the Northwest corner of <br />McFadden Avenue and Raitt Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, RUB~ McFA~N~D~s presented to the City a deed dated <br />December 11, 1962, conveying an easement for street purposes at the- ~/'/~' <br />Southeast corner of Seventeenth and Newhope Streets; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ~ nd EE S N have presented to the <br />City a deed dated December 5, 1962, conveying vehicular access rights /~ <br />on the West side of Broadway, North of Twentieth Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, HODGES BUILDINS ~Q~_O~, a corporation, has <br /> <br />presented to the City a quitclaim deed dated December 11, 1962, quit- <br /> claiming to the City vehicular access rights on the North side of <br /> McFadden Avenue at Hathaway Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration being <br /> <br />paid to said grantors by the City. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br /> <br />accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent, <br /> <br />is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana <br /> <br />at its regular meeting held on the <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />17th day of December, 1962. <br /> <br /> E- ~AYO~' ~ ~! <br /> <br /> <br />
