RESOLUTION NO. 62-240 DECLARING THAT MAJORITY <br />PROTEST HAS NOT BEEN MADE AGAINST THE ANNEXATION <br />OF TERRITORY UNDER THE NAME OF "NEWPORT AND DYER <br />S. E. ANNEX", RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 62-122 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the City Council of the <br />City of Santa Ana, California, held August 6, 1962, the hearing on <br />protests against the annexation initiated by Resolution No. 62-122, <br />was regularly continued and recontinued and hearing thereon duly held <br />on written notices mailed to persons owning land within the territory <br />proposed to be annexed, on the publication of Resolution No. 62-122, <br />which gave notice of the time and place of said hearing, and on said <br />continuances. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, AFTER DUE HEARING, BE IT RESOLVED: That the <br />City Council finds and declares that a majority protest against said <br />annexation, under the name of "NEWPORT AND DYER S. E.
