RESOLUTION NO. 63-1 AFFIRMING THE DECISION <br />OF THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR AND THE PLANNING <br />COMMISSION AND DENYING VARIANCE APPLICATION <br />NO. 1698 FILED BY ROBERT W. DUFF <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED: That based upon the Findings of Fact of the <br />Zoning Administrator, the City Council of the City of Santa Aha <br />affirms the decision of the Zoning Administrator and the Planning <br />Commission and appeal on Variance Application No. 1698, filed by <br />ROBERT W.
