RESOLUTION NO. 63-5 ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE THE <br />CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, CECIL A. BROCKMAN and PEARL E. BROCKMAN have presented <br />to the City a deed dated January 2, 1963, conveying an easement for <br />street purposes at the Northeast corner of Bristol Street and Edinger <br />Avenue, in consideration of the payment of $33,500.00. Said trans- <br />action is to be handled through Escrow No. 3882-MK with United Title <br />Guaranty Company, Santa Ana, California; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, WILLIAM J. ~tDAMS and FLORENCE E. ADAMS have presented <br />to the City a deed dated December 13, 1962, conveying an easement for <br />street purposes on the West side of Ross Street, North of Edinger <br />Avenue, in consideration of the payment of $60.00. Said transaction <br />is to be handled through Escrow No. 48737-C with Security Title <br />Insurance Company, Santa Ana, California; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, NORMA BRUMMETT and RUNSOM E. RUSH have presented to <br />the City a deed dated December 19, 1962, conveying a parcel Of real <br />property on the North side of Edinger Avenue, East of Ross Street, <br />in consideration of the payment of $16,500.00. Said transaction <br />is to be handled through Escrow No. 48491-C with Security Title <br />Insurance Company, Santa Ana, California; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts said deeds and Carl J.
