RESOLUTION NO. 63-6 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />A QUITCLAIM DEED BY THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, heretofore, the owners of certain property located <br /> <br />on South side of Seventeenth Street, West of Mabury Street, dedicated <br /> <br />to the City of Santa Aha vehicular access rights to Seventeenth / <br />Street; the present owners, MARK-WILLIAM COMPANY, a general partner- <br />ship, have now requested driveway locations across said area and the <br />City has determined to grant the same. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk <br />of the Council are hereby directed to execute a quitclaim deed quit- <br />claiming to MARK-WILLIAM COMPANY, a general partnership, vehicular <br />access rights to Seventeenth Street, West of Mabury Street, and to <br />deliver the same to said owners. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 7th day of January, 1963. <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
