RESOLUTION NO. 63-9 AFFIRMING THE DECISION <br />OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION AND DENYING VARIANCE <br />APPLICATION NO. 1691 FILED BY MAX G. DILLMAN <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED: That based upon the Findings of Fact of <br />the Planning Commission, the City Council of the City of Santa <br />affirms the decision of the Planning COn~uission and appeal on <br />Variance Application No. 1691, filed by MAX G.
