RESOLUTION NO. 63-12 DECLARING THAT A MAJORITY <br />PROTEST HAS NOT BEEN MADE AGAINST THE ANNEXATION <br />OF TERRITORY UNDER THE NAME OF "FAIRHAVEN AND <br />GRAND S. E. ANNEX NO. 2" <br /> <br /> WHEREAs, at the regular meeting of the City Council held on <br />the 21st day of January, 1963, the protest hearing against the <br />annexation hereinbelow referred to was regularly held on due notice <br />and no person appeared to be heard and no protest was filed against <br />said annexation. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council finds <br />and declares, after said hearing, that a majority protest against <br />annexation initiated by Resolution NO. 62-214 has not been made. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Aha at its regular meeting held on the 21st day of January, 1963. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
