RESOLUTION NO. 63-19 ORDERING THE VACATION OF <br />AN UNNAMED ALLEY RUNNING NORTH FROM NINETEENTH <br />STREET, WEST OF MAIN STREET, AND RESERVING A <br />PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT THEREIN <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on December 17, 1962, the City Council adopted <br />Resolution No. 62-238 declaring intention to vacate the unnamed <br />alley herein described and to reserve a public utility easement <br />therein; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on January 21, 1963, a public hearing was duly held <br />on the question of said vacation on posted notices and on notice <br />contained in the publication of said Resolution No. 62-238. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council hereby <br />finds that the unnamed alley herein described is unnecessary for <br />present or prospective street purposes and hereby makes its order <br />vacating and abandoning for street purposes that certain unnamed <br />alley in the City of Santa Ana, California, described as: <br /> <br />An unnamed alley, being 12 feet in width, running North <br />from the North right of way line of Nineteenth Street <br />for a distance of 117.34 feet, the center line of which is <br />152 feet West of the West right of way line of Main Street. <br /> <br />RESERVING AND EXCEPTING from said vacation a public utility easement <br />for the use of the Pacific Telephone and Telegraph Company and the <br />Southern California Edison Company to construct, place, operate, <br />inspect, maintain, repair, replace and remove such aerial and under- <br />ground telephone, telegraph, communication and power transmission <br />structures as said Companies may from time to time require, consisting <br />of poles, anchors, wires, cables, conduits, man holes, markers and <br />necessary fixtures and appurtenances in all or any part of the area <br />of said alley. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at ~its regular meeting held on the 4th day of February, 1963. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
