RESOLUTION NO. 63-22 ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE THE <br />CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, DON B. CHRISTESON, BONNIE E. CHRISTESON, B. E. GELKER, <br />LOIS M. GELKER, WILLI~4 H. RIFFLE, JEANETTE E. RIFFLE, ROBERT D. HOBBS <br />and IRENE R. HOBBS have presented to the City a deed dated January 18, <br />1963, conveying an easement for drainage purposes 292 feet West of <br />Wright Street, North of Seventeenth Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS J. E. PRITCHETT, RUTH D. PRITCHETT, FORREST ALMQUIST <br />and MYRTLE ALMQUIST have presented to the City a deed dated December <br />1962, conveying a parcel of property at the Southeast quarter of a <br />cul de sac at Silver Drive and Gates Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS JULIAN BOWLES and SALLY M. BOWLES have presented to <br />the City a deed dated January 18, 1963, conveying an easement for <br />alley purposes North of Chestnut Avenue, between Maple and Oak Streets; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS DAVID A. MELIM and ELLEN M. MELIM have presented to <br />the City a deed dated January 18, 1963, conveying an easement for <br />street purposes at the Southeast corner of Chestnut Avenue and <br />Hickory Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS PETER CAPRIOTTI and GLORIA R. CAPRIOTTI have presented <br />to the City a deed dated January 23, 1963, conveying an easement for <br />street purposes on the South side of Seventeenth Street, East of <br />Fairview Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS JAMES A. LUKENS and FLORENCE B. LUKENS have presented <br />to the City a deed dated January 23, 1963, conveying an easement for <br />street purposes on the South side of Edinger Avenue, West of Bristol <br />Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS ARNOLD A. GERVAIS has presented to the City a deed <br />dated January 24, 1963, conveying an easement for street purposes on <br />the North side of Hazard Avenue, East of Evonda Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration being <br />paid to said grantors by the City. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts said deeds and Carl J.
