RESOLUTION NO. 63-24 OVERRULING THE ZONING <br />ADMINISTRATOR AND GRANTING A VARIANCE ON <br />VARIANCE APPLICATION NO. 1715 FILED BY BILLY <br />W. ROBINSON, SUBJECT TO CONDITIONS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after public hearing on notice, the Zoning Adminis- <br />trator denied a variance on Variance Application No.1715, filed by <br />BILLY W. ROBINSON to permit less than the required side yard set <br />back for a garage addition on R1 property and located at 1515 North <br />King Street, Santa Aha, California; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Appeal Application 79 was duly filed by said applicant <br />requesting a hearing on said Variance Application before the City <br />Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council, after public hearing Ch notice, has <br />determined that the Zoning Administrator should be overruled and that <br />said variance should be granted subject to certain conditions. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the <br />City of Santa Ana does hereby grant a variance on Variance Application <br />No. 1715 to permit less than the required side yard set back for a <br />garage addition on that property known and numbered as 1515 North King <br />Street in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, <br />in an R1 District. Said Variance is granted subject to conditions. <br /> <br />The following condition is to be complied with prior to the issuance <br />of a building permit: <br /> <br />That an easement be provided for King Street for a width of <br />thirty feet, center line to property line, for street purposes. <br />NOTE: Dedication shall be initiated by owner, through the <br />Department of Public Works, at least two weeks prior to <br />issuance of a building permit or requested utility release <br />to avoid delay. <br /> <br />The following conditions are to be complied with prior to the issuance <br />of a utility release: <br /> <br />That a six-foot solid block wall be constructed along the <br />applicant's South property line where said property line abuts <br />the existing or proposed single family residence, garage or <br />patio area. <br /> <br />3.
