RESOLUTION NO. 63-29 ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE <br />THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, WILLIAM F. CONTRERAS and CLARA V. CONTRERAS have <br />presented to the City a deed dated February 7, 1963, conveying an <br />easement for street purposes at the Northwest corner of Euclid Street <br />and Bolsa Avenue; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, YUMMIES, INC., a corporation, has presented to the <br />City a quitclaim deed, quitclaiming all right, title and interest in <br />and to certain property on the East side of Bristol Street, South of <br />Seventeenth Street. After acceptance this deed is to be returned to <br />Title Insurance and Trust Company, 800 North Main Street, Santa Ana, <br />California, for recording through Escrow No. 324690-ET; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said deeds are without cash consideration being paid <br />to said grantors by the City. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts said deeds and Carl J.
