RESOLUTION NO. 63-31 ACCEPTING DEED FROM <br />GLENN H. COPELAND and LORENA B. COPELAND <br />IN CONSIDERATION OF STREET IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, GLENN H. COPELAND and LORENA B. COPELAND have <br />presented to the City a deed dated February 5, 1963, conveying real <br />property on the East side of Fairview Street and the North side of <br />Seventeenth Street, without cash consideration, but An consideration <br />of work of an estimated value of $11,059.00 to be done at said <br />location by the City. Said work includes the construction of pavement, <br />curbs and gutters on the East side of Fairview (Berrydale) Street for <br />the full frontage, including the relocation of the fence to make a <br />street having a width of 52 feet to the existing center line, with the <br />exception that the width of the Northerly 75 feet of frontage shall be <br />only 50 feet, all as set forth in the Escrow Instructions. Said <br />transaction is to be handled through Escrow No. 49013-C with United <br />Title Guaranty Company, Santa Ana, California. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha <br />accepts said deed and Carl J.
