RESOLUTION NO. 63-35 ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE THE
<br />CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, EATHRYN A. BAKER has presented to the City a deed
<br />dated February 19, 1963, conveying a parcel of real property on the
<br />North side of Edinger Avenue, West of Birch Street, in consideration
<br />of the payment of $14,750.00. Said transaction is to be handled
<br />through Escrow No. 48841-C with Security Title Insurance Company,
<br />Santa Ana, California; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, FRED C. BLAHA has presented to the City a deed dated
<br />February 26, 1963, conveying a parcel of real property on the North-
<br />west corner of Birch Street and Edinger Avenue in consideration of
<br />the payment of $16,000.00. Said transaction is to be handled through
<br />Esc~$w No. 49155-C with Security Title Insurance Company, Santa Ana,
<br />California; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, JAMES D. DICKERSON and VIRGINIA M. DICKERSON have
<br />presented to the City a deed dated January 16, 1963, conveying a parcel
<br />of real property on the North side of Edinger Avenue, West of Shelton
<br />Street, in consideration of the payment of $15,000.00. Said transaction
<br />is to be handled through Escrow No. 3956-MKwith United Title Guarantee
<br />Company, Santa Ana, California; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, MYGLO CORPORATION, a corporation; ROBERT H. GERDES and
<br />N. LOYALL McLAREN, as Trustees of the Trust established by Subdivision
<br />B of Article Fifth of the Will of James Irvine, deceased; ROBERT H.
<br />GERDES and N. LOYALL McLAREN, as Trustees of the Trust established by
<br />Subdi~ision D of Article Fifth of the Will of James Irvine, deceased,
<br />and ROBERT H. GERDES and N. LOYALL McLAREN, as Trustees of the Trust
<br />established by Subdivision C of Article Fifth of the Will of James
<br />Irvine, deceased, have presented to the City a deed dated December 3,
<br />1962, conveying a parcel of real property on the South Side of Fifth
<br />Street, between Bush and Spurgeon Streets, in consideration of the
<br />payment of $30,000.00. Said transaction is to be handled through
<br />Escrow No. 864437-hrb with Orange County Title Company, Santa Ana,
<br />California;
<br />
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha
<br />accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
<br />is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
<br />
<br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
<br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 4th day of March, 1963.
