RESOLUTION NO. 63-36 ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION WHEREAS JOHN OTIS HALEY and MARY G. HALEY have presented to the City a deed dated October 22, 1962, conveying a parcel of real property at the Southeast corner of Bristol and Seventeenth Streets; and WHEREAS JOSEPH W. JACKSON, CARMA F. JACKSON, WILLIAM ROBERT BOOTH and EVA DEAN BOOTH have presented to the City a deed dated February 18, 1963, conveying easements for street purposes at the Northeast corner of Bristol and Brook Streets; and WHEREAS THE NEWHOPE FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH, a religious corporation, has presented to the City a deed dated January 26, 1963, conveying an easement for street purposes on the East side of Newhope Street, 330 feet South of Hazard Avenue; and WHEREAS JAMES D. DICKERSON and VIRGINIA M. DICKERSON have presented to the City a deed dated February 1, 1963, conveying an easement for street purposes at the Northeast corner of McFadden Avenue and Shelton Street; and WHEREAS BRISTOL STREET BAPTIST CHURCH OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, a corporation, has presented to the City a deed dated January 22, 1963, conveying an easement for street purposes on the West side of Bristol Street, South of Edinger Avenue; and WHEREAS PAUL V. BIRNBAUM, KATHLEEN BIRNBAUM and NEIL A. BIRNBAUM have presented to the City a deed dated February 7, 1963, conveying an easement for wateri~mainand~sewer pipe line 746 feet West of Grand Avenue running North from Warner Avenue; and WHEREAS the ORANGE COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT has presented to the City a deed dated January 8, 1963, conveying an easement for street and highway purposes on Euclid Street at the C-5 Channel, North of McFadden Avenue; and WHEREAS RICHARD L. WATTEL and LYNETTE WATTEL have presented to the City a deed dated December 21, 1962, conveying an easement for street purposes on the East side of Harbor Boulevard, South of Seventeenth Street; and WHEREAS RINKER DEVELOPMENT CORP., a California corporation, has presented to the City A deed dated February 15, 1963, conveying an easement for street purposes at the Northeast corner of McFadden Avenue and Euclid Street; and WHEREAS ROBERT PERRY DAVIS has presented to the City a deed dated February 25, 1963, conveying an easement for street purposes on the South side of Eighteenth Street, West of Main Street; and WHEREAS, ROBERT A. SMITH and LOUISE SMITH have presented to the City a quitclaim deed dated February 20, 1963, conveying an easement for transportation by vehicles and on foot, including transportation of large and heavy tractor equipment, between King and Fairv~ew Streets, South of Twelfth Street; and WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration being paid to said grantors. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds. -1-
