RESOLUTION NO. 63-43 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF GRANT OF EASEMENT TO SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA <br />EDISON COMPANY FOR SUPPLYING ELECTRIC ENERGY <br />IN ROSITA PARK <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk of the Council <br />are hereby authorized to execute a GRANT OF EASEMENT for the City <br />of Santa Ana to SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON COMPANY conveying an <br />easement for the installation of an underground electrical system <br />to convey electrical energy in and under a strip of land six (6) <br />feet wide in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of <br />California, the center line of which strip of land is described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 52 of Tract <br />No. 3669, as shown on map recorded in Book 133, Pages 10 <br />to 12, inclusive, of said Miscellaneous Maps; thence <br />Northerly to a point that is 185 feet Northerly and <br />292 feet Westerly, measured at right angles respectively, <br />from the North line of said Tract No. 3669 and from the <br />East line of the Southwest quarter of SedtiOn 91 Township <br />5 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho Las Bolsas; thence <br />Northwesterly 70 feet, more or less, to a point that is <br />233 feet Northerly and 332 feet Westerly, measured at <br />right angles respectively, from said North line and from <br />said East line. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 4th day of March, 1963. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
