RESOLUTION NO. 63-44 <br />REsoLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF TEE CITY OF SANTA ANA, <br />CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AND 0RD.- <br />lNG 'r~m EXECb~ION OF AN AGRE~2~ENT <br />E~PLOYINO SPECIAL COUNS~F.. <br /> <br />(Assessment District No. 221, <br /> Watkins Way) <br /> <br /> W~EAS, this City Council proposes to take proceedings <br />under the Improvement Act of 1911 for construction of street work <br />in proposed Assessment District No. 221 (Watkins Way), and it is <br />desirable to employ special counsel to prepare the proceedings <br />and supervise the conduct thereof; and <br /> <br /> W~m~EAS, Nossam-u, Thompson, Waters & Moss are attorneys <br />speci.l]y trained and experienced in legal matters pertaining to <br />said Act, und an agreement covering their special services on said <br />matters has been presented to this City Council; <br /> <br /> NOW, TH~2{EFORE, the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana, California, DOES ~'~!~YRESOLVEAND DET~tMINE that said <br />agreement is hereby approved and the Mayor of this city is hereby <br />authorized and directed to sign, and the Clerk of the Council to <br />attest said agreement for and on behalf of the city. <br /> <br />ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 18 day of March, 1963. <br /> <br />A~TEST: <br /> <br />CL~K OF ','am COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />Clef OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
