RESOL%~rION NO. 63-57 ACCEPTING A NEW DEED <br />FROM CLARA L. SCHOCK AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF A QUITCLAIM DEED FROM THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />TO CLARA L. SCHOCK TO CORRECT ERROR IN <br />DESCRIPTION ON DEED ACCEPTED BY RESOLUTION <br />NO. 62-200, AND ACCEPTING A DEED FROM LIZZIE M. <br />KIRBY, ALL WITH NO CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, heretofore by Resolution No. 62-200, the City of <br />Santa Aha accepted a deed dated November 5, 1962, from CLARA L. <br />SCHOCK conveying an easement for street purposes on the North side <br />of New Talbert Avenue, West of Greenville Street, in consideration <br />of street improvement work to be done by the City at said location <br />as per agreement between the parties; and thereafter, errors were <br />found in the description of said deed and a new deed has been <br />presented to the City for acceptance and a quitclaim deed for <br />execution to said CLARA L. SCHOCK to effect a cancellation of the <br />original deed; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, LIZZIE M. KIRBY has presented to the City a deed <br />dated April 4, 1963, conveying a public utility easement on the <br />North side of Bolsa Avenue and the East side of Maxine Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration <br />being paid to said grantors by the City. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent, <br />is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk of the <br />Council are hereby directed to execute a quitclaim deed to CLARA L. <br />SCHOCK, quitclaiming that real property conveyed to the City of <br />Santa Aha by deed dated November 29, 1962, and deliver the same to <br />said owner. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 15th day of April, 1963. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
