RESOLUTION NO. 63-73 AUTHORIZING EXCHANGE <br />OF LAND BETWEEN THE CITY AND THE SANTA ANA <br />UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, an exchange with the SANTA ANAUNIFIED SCHOOL <br />DISTRICT has been agreed upon whereby the City will grant to <br />said School District certain real property at the Northeast corner <br />of Raitt Street and SegerstrcmAvenue in consideration of a deed <br />executed by said School District to the City of Santa Ana for other <br />property at said location and further consideration of the payment <br />to the City by said School District the sum of $11,150.00. Said <br />transaction is to be handled through Escrow No. 351135-6 HEB with <br />Title Insurance and Trust C~mpany. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk <br />of the Council are hereby authorized to execute a grant deed to <br />the SANTA ANA UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT conveying real property at <br />the Northeast corner of Raitt Street and Segerstr~nAvenue in <br />accordance with escrow instructions. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 6th day of May, 1963. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
