<br />of land annexed by Ordinance No. NS-345 for the following

<br />North 77° 45~ West, 63.36 feet~ thence North 48° 30~ West,
<br />128.70 feet~ thence South 719 feet, more or less, to a
<br />point on the North line of 17th Street~ thence leaving said
<br />land annexed by Ordinance No. NS-345 and following said
<br />City boundary as establishedby Ordinance No. NS-270, and
<br />along said North line of 17th Street, West 850 feet, more or
<br />less, to the point of beginning.

<br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED= That "SEVENTEENTH AND TUSTIN
<br />NORTHWEST ANNEX" is hereby designated as an appropriate name by which
<br />said territory shall be known for the purpose of this annexation.
<br />
<br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That notice is hereby given that
<br />June 17, 1963, at the hour of 7:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers,
<br />City Hall, Third and Main Streets, Santa Ana, California, is the
<br />time and place fixed at which said Council will hear written protests
<br />against this annexation made by any person owning property within
<br />said territory. At any time before said hearing, any owner of
<br />real property within said territory may file written protest against
<br />this proposed annexation. Such protest shall state the name of the
<br />owner of the property affected and a description of the property
<br />sufficient to identify it on the last equalized assessment roll, all
<br />as provided for in the California Government Code, Section 35312.
