<br />Block "B" and to the Northeast corner of land annexed by
<br />said Ordinance No. NS-297; thence, East along said North
<br />line of Block "B" and Block "C" 706.38 feet, more or less,
<br />and along said City Boundary to the point of beginning.

<br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That "EAST FIRST STREET ANNEX
<br />NO. 3" is hereby designated as an appropriate name by which said
<br />territory shall be known for the purpose of this annexation.

<br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That notice is hereby given that
<br />June 17, 1963, at the hour of 7:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers,
<br />City Hall, Third and Main Streets, Santa Ana, California, is the
<br />time and place fixed at which said Council will hear written
<br />protests against this annexation made by any person owning property
<br />within said territory. At any time before said hearing, any owner
<br />of real property within said territory may file written protest
<br />against this proposed annexation. Such protest shall state the
<br />name of the owner of the property affected and a description of the
<br />property sufficient to identify it on the last equalized assessment
<br />roll, all as provided for in the California Goverr~ent Code,
<br />Section 35312.
