RESOLUTION 63-91 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A <br />GRANT DEED AND A QUITCLAIM DEED BY THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, THE PACIFIC TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPA~ has <br />requested an easement for the relocation of their facilities within <br />the new parking lot site on the South side of Fifth Street, between <br />Bush and Spurgeon Streets, and the City has determined to ~rant the <br />same; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the owners of certain property on the East side of <br />Grand Avenue, North of Warner Avenue, have heretofore dedicated to <br />the City all vehicular access rights at said location and the present <br />owners have now requested driveway locations across said area, and <br />the City has determined to grant the same. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk <br />of the Council are hereby directed to execute a grant deed to THE <br />PACIFIC TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY granting an easement for the <br />relocation of thel~ facilities within the new parking lot site on <br />the South side of Fifth Street, between Bush and Spurgeon Streets, <br />and deliver the same to said owner. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk of the <br />Council are hereby directed to execute a quitclaim deed quitclaiming <br />IN SEVERALTY TO THE VARIOUS OWNERS OF THE UNDERLYING FEE, AS THEIR <br />RESPECTIVE INTERESTS MAY APPEAR OF RECORD.~-ehicular access rights <br />on the East side of Grand Avenue, North of Warner Avenue, and to <br />deliver the same to the Clerk of the Council. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Aha at its regular meeting held on the 20th day of May, 1963. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
