EXHIBIT 1 <br />0 CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />i. Implement a consultation and input process inclusive of: <br />a) Diverse groups, <br />b) Fair housing organizations, <br />c) Community -based organizations, <br />d) Housing providers, <br />e) Realtors, <br />f) Lenders, <br />g) Planning officials, and <br />h) Other relevant stakeholders <br />8. Utilize contact lists maintained by participating jurisdictions for outreach. <br />9. Organize community forums/meetings as necessary to complete the Regional AFH, with <br />a minimum of four proposed forums/public meetings held in various geographical areas <br />within the county, with at least two of the meetings offering a hybrid option for Virtual <br />participation. Responsibilities include: <br />i. Participant invitations, <br />ii. Agenda preparation, <br />iii. Provision of handouts and presentation materials, and <br />iv. Ensuring availability of interpretation services. <br />v. Maintain transcripts and minutes of forums/meetings, including citizen <br />comments/input. <br />Conduct at least: <br />vi. Two evening community meetings of the four meetings total. <br />vii. A focus group with a wide array of nonprofit organizations and government <br />officials. <br />viii. Additional outreach for members of protected classes, including but not limited to <br />the Latino, Vietnamese, Korean and Persian communities. <br />All community meetings will have translation services available if requested in: <br />ix. Spanish, <br />x. Vietnamese, <br />
