Chandler. <br />None <br /> <br />Each member of the City Council having received copiss <br />of the Minutes of ~iarch 3, 1952, reading of the Minutes <br />was dispensed with and approved on motion of Trustee <br />Jerome, seconded by Hunter and carried. <br /> <br />In Re On motion of Trustee Jerome, <br />Bids <br />Cast Iron <br />Water Pipe <br /> <br /> seconded by Hunter and carried, the Clerkl <br />was authorized to open bids for the furnishing of 5,000 feet of 12 <br />inch, Class 150, Bell and Spigot, cement lined, cast iron water pipe, <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Bid of ~kmerican Cast Iron Pipe Co.: Bond in the amount of ~2000.00. <br />Approximately 5000 ft. 12" Bell and Spigot Mono-Cast <br />Centrifugal "Enamelined" Pipe, Class 150, in 16' <br />lengths, for 150 pounds working pressure, per foot $3.977. <br />Price is f.o.b, trucks Santa Ana for shipment from foundaries <br />in Birmingham, Alabama, through Los Angeles Harbor, based on <br />combined rail, steamer and truck rate of $28.35 per net ton, <br />minimum shipment 40,000 pounds, any change in which is to be <br />reflected in price quoted, and for truck delivery to Jobsite, <br /> <br /> <br />
