The following designated public comment periods are: <br />1. Speaker queue will open at 2:30 p.m. YOU <br />MUST JOIN ZOOM OR THE CONFERENCE CALL and raise your hand BY 3:00 p.m. Speakers <br />who are not in the speaker queue with their hand raised by 3:00 p.m. will not be permitted to <br />speak. <br />2. Simultaneous Spanish interpretation is provided through the use of headsets <br />and consecutive interpretation (Spanish -to -English) in addition to those wishing to <br />address the City Council at the podium. <br />La ciudad provee servicios de interpretacion al espanol en las juntas del Consejo.
