RESOLUTION 63-100 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A <br />QUITCLAIM DEED BY THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Santa Aha is the owner of a storm drain <br />right of way located East of Andres Place, South of Camille Street, <br />which is no longer of use to the City for said purpose, and it has <br />been determined by the City that said right of way should be deeded <br />to the owners of that property adjacent to said right of way. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk <br />of the Council are hereby directed to execute a quitclaim deed <br />quitclaiming tN SEVERALTY TO THE VARIOUS OWNERS OF THE UNDERLYING <br />FEE, AS THEIR RESPECTIVE INTERESTS MAY APPEAR OF RECORD the real <br />property located East of Andres Place, South of Camille Street, <br />described as: <br /> <br />An easement for drainage purposes as shown on a map of <br />Lots 24 and 25, in Tract No. 1550, and recorded in Book 54, <br />Page 15, Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange CoD-nty, <br />California. <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Aha at its regular meeting held on the 3rd day of June, 1963. <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I,DORIS M.
